Meet Holly!! We are happy to have Holly as part of our team. She has an extensive background in emergency medicine and is our Technician Lead. Her compassion and knowledge of veterinary medicine make her an excellent technician. When she is not taking care of patients here, she is working on salt water fish tanks or out enjoying the gorgeous San Diego ocean!
Meet Naela! We are so happy to have Naela on our team. Naela has been working with animals in the veterinary field for 10 years. She is such a caring, gentle technician and her patients really love her. Naela is one of our lead technicians. When she is not caring for animals, she enjoys spending time with her adorable daughter at the park and outdoors.
Meet Shiri and her kitty Duker! Shiri is a native San Diegan and has been working in the veterinary field for 9 years. She grew up owning guinea pigs and rabbits and has a soft spot for “pocket pets.” She was then adopted by her two cats in 2008 and is now fluent in cat (meow!) When not caring for animals, Shiri enjoys traveling, music, and dancing!
Meet Miri! She has made San Diego home after serving 8 years in the US Navy. It has been her long time passion to attend school and become a Technician to provide the proper love and care for all animals. A dream of hers is owning a farm for rescued animals. In her time away from the clinic, she enjoys SD Padres games and spending time with her fur/feathered family: Appletini the English bulldog, Mona Lisa the cocakatoo, and 4 backyard pet chickens!
Meet Shelly! You’ll likely see Shelly’s smiling face up front – she’s our lead Customer Service Representative. Shelly is a California native with a passion for animals. At a young age she knew she wanted to be a part of the field and help save animals. Outside of the hospital she enjoys riding her bike along the beach, baking, and of course spending time with her two rescue dogs Patton and Milton-Bradley at dog beach.
Meet Bethany and the Pea! Bethany has been in veterinary field since 2005. She has a special interest in critical and neonatal care.
Her aspirations include having an ‘old timer’ animal sanctuary on a large property to help all those unwanted older animals.
Bethany has 5 dogs of her own!! Fred, Gus, Herman, Penny Pea, and Sage!! (It all started with 1 dog going into the field 10 years ago.)
Her motto: “treat all patients like they are your own! Love them, be kind and gentle, and help them to heal!!”
When she is not saving precious, furry creatures, Bethany enjoys hiking , camping , kayaking , and cuddling with all of her fur kids!! She hopes one day to have a greenhouse with a large beautiful garden!
