“Truly great friends are hard to find,
difficult to leave,
and impossible to forget” –G. Randolf
At San Diego Bay Animal Hospital, we know how hard it is to see your pets age (we’ve been there, too.) We want to do everything we can to help your pets age gracefully, painlessly, and with dignity. Our pets are our family and that is how we treat our patients. Our doctors and staff are highly trained to evaluate and treat senior health and can give a number of treatment plans to individually suite you and your pet’s needs.
Unfortunately our pets can develop chronic illnesses. We are available to develop at-home treatment plans and hospice to keep your pet as calm and comfortable for as long as we can. When the time comes to really evaluate quality of life we are here to help you through this most difficult time.
Euthanasia is something we take very seriously. It often is a gift we give our pets when they no longer have a good quality of life. We will be with you every step of the way and walk you through the procedure when the time comes.
